THE ORIGINALS COSTA RICA HACIENDA SONORA
Sourced from Hacienda Sonora, nestled in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, at the foot of the Poas Volcano. Powered entirely by renewable energy, the farm regroups a coffee micro mill built next to a traditional 150-year-old sugar cane mill that is preserved intact, resulting in delightful sweetness in cup. From Catuai variety and Black Honey process, this specialty coffee captures the essence of sweet pastries, with a balanced fusion of fruity and nutty flavors and aromas.
Notes of creamy nougat melted with chocolate and a juicy sprinkle of sweet mandarin. Its unctuous, buttery mouthfeel with medium fruity aftertaste brings fruits and roasted almonds to remind of a delicious pastry dessert.
